Part of the role of our staff team is to ensure that clients are able to make and keep appointments. 

Time is dedicated to ensuring that people using our service are able to make appointments and get to and from them.

 Whether a client needs to speak to a housing officer, social worker, health provider, or attend any other appointment which, for whatever reason, they don’t feel able to attend alone, a support worker will be able to assist by escorting them and offering any moral and emotional support they require at that time.
